Greenfield Refinery & Downstream Construction
VIENTEC S.A. delivers specialized construction services for greenfield refinery and downstream oil & gas facilities, executing high-specification projects in safety-critical environments with precision and discipline.
Our scope covers structural steel erection, mechanical equipment installation, piping systems, tankage, and full electrical & instrumentation works. We operate in strict compliance with international codes (ASME, API, EN) and client refinery standards, ensuring quality, traceability, and technical integrity at every stage.
We perform installation and alignment of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and rotating equipment, along with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems under qualified welding procedures and coordinated NDT programs. Hydrotesting, reinstatement, and mechanical completion certification are managed through structured QA/QC systems and complete turnover documentation.
